We are looking for team members to join our rapidly growing group in the application project department as “Architect/Interior Architect” to fulfill our vision of becoming a European-standard architectural/interior design office by 2023.

Job Description:
In the Interior Architecture/Architecture application project department, you will be responsible for various projects of different functions and scales such as residential, hotel, restaurant, and educational institutions, both domestically and internationally. Your responsibilities will include transforming concept projects into implementation projects, preparing all application project and furniture details for production, and coordinating with the construction team.

Requirements:
Graduated from Interior Architecture/Architecture departments,
Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior architectural/architecture application projects,
Previously involved in large and medium-scale hotel, restaurant, and branded residential fit-out projects,
Ability to create application project drawings and manufacturing details,
Experienced in mechanical & electrical project overlays,
Strong knowledge of materials,
Providing support for quantity surveying, implementation, and pricing processes,
Knowledgeable about furniture manufacturing and able to complete point details thoroughly,
Proficient in architectural drawing software (AutoCAD, etc.),
Capable of producing creative solutions and managing time effectively,
Proficient in office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.),
Office discipline and a team player,
Able to travel,
Holds a valid driver’s license and able to drive actively,
Preferably proficient in English.
