E.S. Noir House is an extraordinary project located in Düşler Vadisi Riva, Istanbul. Our vision for this project was to create a dramatic, modern, and sophisticated living space that exudes elegance and timelessness. The striking harmony of black and white tones and the integration of refined geometric elements make this house a true example of modern design.
The seamless integration of luxury and practicality provides a space that is both inviting and functional. Textures and materials were meticulously chosen to enhance contrast and depth, giving every corner of the house a unique atmosphere. As a result, this house combines boldness, comfort, and artistic expression.

E.S. Noir House is designed to create a harmonious flow throughout the house, with colors and materials that complement each other. However, to add visual interest, contrasting textures and colors were also used as focal points. Our main focus during the planning process was to achieve both aesthetics and functionality. By embracing the Noir House approach and incorporating entertaining details, the house offers everything a family desires and requires.
Concept
In the living area of E.S. Noir House, we focused on two key focal points. First, a carefully positioned mirror opposite the window allows sunlight to flood the room, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The second focal point is the striking fireplace area, designed to provide a cozy and relaxed environment for the family and guests.
Artistry is at the heart of the S.S. House, with every detail meticulously crafted to create a truly unique concept. A fusion of styles brings the house to life, skillfully combining terrazzo, concrete, and wood to infuse the family area with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Neutral tones and materials were selected to evoke comfort, while burnt orange accents in fabrics, sculptures, and lighting add a playful and vibrant contrast, enhancing the personality of the space.
The kitchen is defined by a minimalist and modern aesthetic, with clean lines and a functional design. Large windows bathe the space in natural light, creating a calm and serene environment. A standout feature is the built-in metal shelves with glass doors, which add a distinctive and stylish touch. The long marble island and adjoining dining table are designed for memorable family gatherings, fostering a sense of togetherness and warmth.
Each bedroom in the house reflects the personality and taste of its occupant. The blend of raw materials and soft textures creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for rest and rejuvenation. The standout feature is a built-in bathtub with panoramic views, offering an unparalleled retreat for relaxation.
The hobby room is a sanctuary for creativity and quality time, designed for enjoying art and music with loved ones. The ceiling, inspired by a starry night, adds to the cozy and enchanting ambiance, making this space a true highlight of the home.
