Our primary objective is to create a living space that reflects the client’s personal preferences and unique style. The A.I. Residence is designed as an eclectic and luxurious villa, seamlessly blending natural textures with a modern, tranquil ambiance. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to offer a harmonious balance between functionality and aesthetics, making it a true retreat within the serene surroundings of Akasya Riva.

The layout of the house is meticulously planned to cater to the family’s needs, ensuring seamless transitions between spaces. Each room boasts its own distinct character, yet all elements harmonize to create a cohesive and stunning home.
Our main goal is to craft a residence that mirrors the family’s lifestyle and values. Concept
The A.I. Residence is a masterpiece of modern design, art, and sophistication. Each detail is thoughtfully curated to create a harmonious blend of eclectic styles. Materials such as terrazzo, concrete, and wood have been skillfully incorporated to bring warmth and depth, while neutral tones lay a foundation of calmness. Burnt orange accents in fabrics, sculptures, and lighting add playful energy and character to the design.
The kitchen embodies a minimalist aesthetic, featuring clean lines, abundant natural light, and practical yet elegant design. Custom elements like built-in glass shelving and a sleek marble island enhance the space’s functionality and visual appeal, making it perfect for family gatherings.
Bedrooms are designed to reflect the individuality of each family member, blending natural textures with modern finishes to create relaxing sanctuaries. A standout feature is the panoramic view from the built-in bathtub, offering the perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Creative spaces such as the hobby room celebrate the family’s love for art and music. A custom-designed ceiling resembling a starry night enhances the cozy ambiance, making it an inspiring sanctuary for moments of rest and togetherness.
